All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form.
NOTE: Abstracts submitted by email will NOT be accepted. The Scientific Committee will not accept responsibility for any abstracts that have not been properly submitted according to the instructions.
Submitting authors must provide the organizers with their full mailing address, office hours phone number, fax number and email address. Author and co-author information must be provided including the first and last names of all authors, their department, institution/ hospital, city, state if applicable and country.
Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as an oral or video or presentation and its decision is final. Upon abstract acceptance notification the Authors will be informed about type and date of their presentation.
ABSTRACT FORMAT STRUCTURE
The abstract must be prepared as a word file and written in English and must be uploaded through the online form.
Margins : top : cm. 2,50, bottom, cm. 2,50, left and right margins 2,50
Font: Times New Roman 12
Maximum number of words: The abstract text should have a maximum of 300 words only
Authors: Please enter your name and your colleagues’ names as you wish them to appear in the Final Program. Ensure that you indicate the presenting author on the abstract submission portal.
Name, Family Name and Affiliation must be typed on the online form only in upper and lower case (Please do not include authors and affiliation before the text: These will be recorded by the online system separately.)
Tables and figures are not allowed
Presentation: A Presenting Author whose abstract has been accepted for either video or oral presentation is required to register and pay the congress registration fee in order to attend the meeting, and deliver their abstract.
There are no limits of authors per abstract.
The decision of the scientific committee is considered supreme and irrevocable, and shall not be revised.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Before starting, please be ready with the following information: List of authors with complete affiliation, corresponding author, presenting author + a word file with the text of your abstract only.
Please follow carefully the online submission procedure.
The online procedure requires to select the preference for the topics and for the type of presentation (oral, video or poster).
After entering the online form and sending the abstract, the corresponding author will receive by email the confirmation of submission, together with a username and a password. Authors can login anytime into the abstract submission system and make all changes to the abstract, till the deadline for the abstract submission.
Notification for the abstract acceptance will be sent by email by April 15, 2018
